Dietary Needs

 

Vegetarian: Always available and delicious

Gluten-Free / Coeliac-Friendly: Possible with advance notice so we can adjust stations, tools, and ingredients.

Other requests (low-FODMAP, halal-friendly, etc.): Often possible with planning—please get in touch. What may be limited Vegan / Dairy-Free: Availability varies by class style and seasonal menu.

 

We’ll advise the best fit or alternatives. Severe allergies (e.g., nuts, sesame): We minimise risk with separate utensils and surfaces where practical, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.Our approach is to tell you early: Add your dietaries at checkout or email upon booking your experience so we can prep properly and avoid waste.

Briefing on arrival:

We confirm your needs, set you up at the most suitable station, and label ingredients clearly.

Sourcing with care: We prioritise local producers and short ingredient lists so you can see exactly what’s in the food. Priority allergens (AU): We’re vigilant with peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, lupin, and added sulphites.

 

Important: If you carry an EpiPen or other emergency medication, please bring it and let our team know where it is.

 

 

Accessibility

Our experiences run at our studio and partner locations (including farm and vineyard settings). Access needs can differ by venue, so please share any requirements in advance and we’ll guide you to the best setup. Physical access, seated or standing stations available; we can reduce long standing where needed. Benchtop height adjustments or stools on request.Clear pathways around cooking zones; we’ll position you with extra space if required.

 

Assistance animals welcome.

 

Parking & drop-off: We’ll reserve a close spot or drop-off point where possible

SafetyKnife and heat safety briefings are provided at the start of every class. Alternative tasks (mixing, shaping, plating) are always available if a step isn’t comfortable for you.

 

Children & Participation

Our classes are hands-on and involve heat and sharp tools. For safety and enjoyment: Experiences are best suited to guests 12+. Younger participants may be possible in selected sessions with a supervising adult—ask us and we’ll advise.
